Sen monipuolisuus näkyy myös keittiössä: yhdelle parasta makua ruokaan tuo sinihomejuusto, toinen gratinoi vuohenjuustolla ja kolmas nauttii juustonsa klassisesti leivän päällä. Periaatteessa juusto käy kaikkeen alkuruoista jälkiruokiin, suolaisena tai makeana tarjottavana. Valitse vain oma suosikkijuustosi ja poimi sille herkullisin resepti.
